The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) Rebrands and Welcomes New Leadership in Riyadh

London, UK, September 2025. As the Management Recruitment Group (MRG) approaches its 20th anniversary, it’s thrilled to announce a refreshed visual identity and a significant leadership transition with the arrival of Olly Piltz as Country Lead in Saudi Arabia.

MRG’s Rebrand

Founded in 2007, MRG has continually evolved, growing in scale and scope across real estate, facilities management, and development sectors. The refreshed brand identity visually reflects this evolution, aligning with the company’s ambition and the diverse global markets it serves.

“Our new visual identity reflects the evolution of MRG without changing the core of who we are,” said Simon Cheshire, CEO & Founder. “Combined with Olly’s relocation to Riyadh, this is the start of an exciting new chapter for MRG in the Middle East, where we are reinforcing our commitment to our people, clients, and markets globally.”

The Arrival of A New Leader in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Olly Piltz brings two decades of recruitment experience from London, Dubai, and Malaysia. His move to Riyadh demonstrates MRG’s commitment to Saudi Arabia’s real estate and infrastructure sector. His leadership will strengthen MRG’s ability to deliver executive search solutions that are aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ambitions. MRG has already begun to support PIF on several giga-projects.

Matthew Evans, Global Director, appointed Olly Piltz to co-lead the region with MRG’s Matthew Donovan, the regional Director for the Middle East. “This is an exciting next step for MRG,” added Charlotte Rush, Group Operations & Marketing Director. “We’re proud of how far we’ve come and equally excited about where we’re headed.”
