With over a decade of expertise in executive search, recruitment advisory, and global talent acquisition, Mohye has been a trusted partner for government entities, PIF subsidiaries, and leading private firms. His track record includes strategic recruitment for organizations such as RCMC, ASFAR, Saudi Downtown Company, and Aseer Development Authority, where he successfully matched top talent with high-impact roles.

Previously at Ideas Bureau – Recruitment Advisory, he led business development and high-level placements, surpassing revenue targets and driving client satisfaction through tailored talent strategies.
