Mohammed Alhamazani, PMP has been promoted to Director of Real Estate & Leasing at Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets, marking a significant leadership milestone in his professional journey.

With over 15 years of experience across real estate, leasing, asset management, and portfolio optimization, Mohammed brings deep expertise in maximizing asset value, driving expansion strategies, and structuring high-impact leasing frameworks. His progression within Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets—from Head of Leasing to Leasing Manager and now Director—reflects his strong performance, strategic mindset, and trusted leadership.

Previously, he held key roles at Al Rajhi Development, Rowad Alamlak Real Estate, and Dar Al Arkan, where he led leasing operations, market expansion initiatives, and commercial negotiations across diverse real estate portfolios. His early career foundation in banking at Arab National Bank further strengthened his financial acumen and operational discipline.
