Mohammed Alghamdi’s professional journey reflects a dynamic blend of operational excellence, leadership, and continuous growth across leading global and regional organizations. Currently serving as Logistics Performance Senior Manager at HungerStation | هنقرستيشن, he has progressed from Logistics Performance Manager, driving performance optimization, cost efficiency, and operational excellence within last-mile logistics. Prior to this, he built a strong foundation at Amazon, where he advanced from Operations Area Manager to Senior Operations Area Manager, playing a key role in launching MENA’s largest fulfillment center, leading large-scale teams of over 600 associates, and managing critical KPIs across safety, quality, customer experience, and cost. His experience includes system migrations, process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, and delivering consistent operational improvements. Earlier in his career, he gained diverse exposure through roles at Baker Hughes in additive manufacturing engineering and as a Shift Supervisor at Specialty Bean, where he developed hands-on leadership, customer service, and technical problem-solving skills. Alongside his corporate achievements, his recent appointment as a Mentor at the KFUPM Mentorship Program reflects his commitment to guiding emerging talent and contributing to professional development within the community.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM, graduating with honors distinction, providing him with a strong technical and analytical foundation that supports his leadership in operations and logistics.
