Mohammad Alshaikh Promoted to Production Manager at Strategic System Company

Mohammad Alshaikh , MEM, LSSBB has been promoted to Production Manager at Strategic System Company (STIRA), marking a significant step forward in his journey within advanced manufacturing and engineering operations.

With a strong track record in production management, product development, and localization initiatives, Mohammad has consistently driven efficiency, optimized capacity, and enhanced operational performance.

During his tenure as Acting Production Manager and previously as an Assembly Engineer, he played a key role in production line localization, system integration, and quality assurance.

Currently pursuing a Master of Engineering Management, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to advance manufacturing excellence and sustainable growth in high-tech and defense sectors.
