As Regional Manager – Engineering Services | he led nationwide T&C | O&M | and turnaround operations supporting critical power and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia.
During this period | he significantly expanded organizational capacity | delivered hundreds of large-scale grid and infrastructure projects | and established performance frameworks that improved delivery predictability | cost control | and operational transparency.

Earlier in His Career

Mohamed progressed through technical and project leadership roles in Testing & Commissioning and O&M | overseeing HV/EHV substation and power plant commissioning and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements.
