Before Joining SEP

• Mohamed spent more than two decades with alfanar | where he held senior regional leadership roles within Engineering Services; As Regional Manager – Engineering Services
• he led nationwide T&C | O&M and turnaround operations supporting critical power and infrastructure assets across Saudi Arabia
• During this period; he significantly expanded organizational capacity | delivered hundreds of large-scale grid and infrastructure projects and established performance frameworks that improved delivery predictability | cost control | and operational transparency.
• Earlier in his career; Mohamed progressed through technical and project leadership roles in Testing & Commissioning and O&M | overseeing HV/EHV substation and power plant commissioning and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and HSE requirements.
• He began his professional journey with the Ministry of Electricity | working in protection engineering | grid operations and system restoration for national utility assets.
