Mohamd A. Alassmari has been promoted to Chief Corporate Officer at SPIMACO, taking charge of People, AI, IT, Facilities, Culture, HSSE, and Corporate Communication. In this role, he will integrate core corporate capabilities to drive strategy execution, operational excellence, and long-term value creation, while fostering a high-performance and ethical culture.

With over 25 years of experience across FMCG, petrochemical, power, and pharmaceutical industries, Alassmari has led large-scale HR transformations, implemented digitalization projects including SAP SuccessFactors, and established shared services models across multiple organizations. His previous role as Chief Human Resources Officer at SPIMACO saw him reshape organizational culture, advance talent acquisition and career development strategies, and launch a comprehensive reward and performance management framework.

Alassmari also serves on the boards of Arabian Medical Products Manufacturing Co. (ENAYAH), Al-Qassim National Hospital, and ARAC Healthcare, and has held senior HR leadership positions at ACWA Power.
