Marc Bitar Promoted to Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal

Marc Bitar has taken an exciting step forward in his career with his promotion to Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where he continues to contribute to high-impact consulting engagements across infrastructure and capital projects in the UAE.

With a strong background in business strategy, governance, operating models, and asset performance improvement, Marc brings a results-driven approach to solving complex challenges in large-scale infrastructure delivery. Prior to this role, he served as an Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, where he supported clients in mitigating infrastructure delivery risks and enhancing operational performance.

Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Marc worked as a Strategy Consultant at WSP in London, delivering technical due diligence and strategic advisory services. He also brings entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Dribblets, combining media, technology, and innovation, alongside his early career experience as a Civil Engineer in Qatar.

Marc holds an MSc in Construction Management from City St George’s, University of London and a certification in Accounting and Finance from ESCP Business School, strengthening his multidisciplinary expertise across engineering, finance, and strategy.
