Lucciana Lamaa Promoted to Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting

Lucciana Lamaa has progressed to the role of Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting in Dubai, following a steady career trajectory within the firm where she previously served as Consultant and Senior Business Analyst. Through these roles, she has contributed to advisory and transformation initiatives, leveraging analytical insight, strategic problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration to support complex business engagements. Alongside her consulting career, she is also Co-Owner of AL CHANTA SARL in Lebanon and previously held leadership roles at 180 Degrees Consulting, where she served as People Director and Consultant, contributing to nonprofit and social impact projects.

Lucciana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from American University of Beirut, graduating with Distinction (3.83/4.0), and completed a Minor in Business Administration and Management at the same institution, building a strong academic foundation in economics, business strategy, and management.
