Lamya H. Alhathlool Promoted to HCentral Government Lead at Google

Lamya H. Alhathlool has taken on a strategic leadership role as Central Government Lead at Google, where she will drive impactful government-focused digital initiatives across the region.

With extensive experience in business development, IT systems integration, and enterprise solutions, Lamya brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business insight. She has previously led Business Applications and Integration at Google and excelled as a Territory Business Manager and Account Executive at Cisco, managing high-impact projects and fostering client partnerships across Saudi Arabia. Her earlier roles at SAP, King Saud University, and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University further underline her strong analytical and technology-driven background.

Lamya holds a Master’s in Information Systems from the University of Toronto and an MSc in Information Systems from The University of Sheffield, equipping her with cutting-edge knowledge in digital transformation, systems modeling, and project management. In her new role, she will leverage this expertise to innovate, optimize, and transform government digital processes, building sustainable solutions and driving measurable impact.
