Lama Ragheb, CPM, has stepped into her role as Senior Relationship Manager for Fintech and B2B Marketplaces at alrajhi bank, where she is focused on strengthening strategic relationships and advancing digital financial collaborations.

With a strong track record across leading financial institutions, Lama brings extensive experience in fintech partnerships, product implementation, and client relationship management. Prior to this role, she served as Strategic Partnership Manager at STC Bank, where she played a key role in developing and managing high-impact partnerships within the digital banking ecosystem.

Her earlier career includes leadership and implementation roles at بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad and Riyad Bank, where she led complex implementation programs, managed multi-region portfolios, and oversaw the delivery of more than 28 banking products. She began her professional journey at BSF, gaining hands-on experience in POS systems and client operations.

Lama holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages and Translation from King Saud University, along with academic exposure in English Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
