Karim Yassine has been elevated to the position of Business Unit Manager at L’Oréal, marking a significant milestone in his 13+ year career of driving commercial growth, scaling operations, and leading high-performance teams across the Beauty and FMCG sectors.

Throughout his professional journey, Karim has demonstrated consistent progression and leadership excellence. Prior to this promotion, he served as Division Commercial Manager and Pharmacy Channel Manager within L’Oréal, strengthening channel performance and executing winning commercial strategies. Earlier, he contributed as Key Account Specialist at Nestlé, sharpening his expertise in sales execution and retail partnerships. He also held multiple roles at Binzagr Company, where he managed major accounts, led negotiations, executed promotional strategies, and consistently achieved sales and market share targets across key regions of Saudi Arabia.

Academically, Karim Yassine earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Balamand, after completing his earlier studies at Colleges Des Freres, building a strong academic foundation that continues to support his strategic and commercial leadership.
