Kamal Farag has embarked on a new chapter as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HelloApp, marking a major milestone in his distinguished digital leadership journey.

With over 18 years of experience driving national platforms, enterprise systems, and high-growth digital products, Kamal brings a proven track record of translating business vision into scalable digital solutions. He previously served as Digital Services Director at the Human Resources Development Fund, where he led Saudi Arabia’s National Unified Employment Platform (JADARAT), reduced operational costs by SAR 35 million, enhanced system performance to support 20x user growth, and leveraged AI to improve job matching outcomes. Earlier, as CTO at SPEEDI | سبيدي, he built and scaled a leading Saudi e-grocery and last-mile marketplace, overseeing product management, development, and operations. His career also includes senior leadership roles at تطوير تقنيات التعليم | Tatweer Educational Technologies and ASLAS Solutions Co., where he led large-scale digital transformations, enterprise architectures, and high-impact product launches.

Kamal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer & Information Science from Ain Shams University and has been recognized as CIO of the Year for three consecutive years and a Top 100 IT Leader in Saudi Arabia. His expertise in AI, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and enterprise systems continues to shape high-performance teams and elite digital platforms.
