With over 10 years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and North Africa, Jamilah brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and digital enablement. Her career highlights include reducing recruitment processing time by 30%, improving reporting efficiency by 50% through HRMS implementation, and increasing operational efficiency by 35% by integrating smart digital tools. Most recently, as Talent Acquisition Partner – Cluster MENA at DB Schenker, she led end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior roles, enhanced workforce planning accuracy, and delivered measurable improvements in time-to-hire and candidate experience.
