Ibrahim Al Hussaini , Assoc. CIPD L5 , C-KPI, has embarked on a new chapter as Human Capital Management Manager at Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC), marking a significant advancement in his distinguished HR career.

With over a decade of experience in HR operations, employee services, and talent management, Al Hussaini has consistently driven operational excellence and process efficiency across large organizations. At Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs (MNGHA), he led initiatives such as the automation of end-of-service workflows, optimizing processes for over 10,000 employees while enhancing accuracy and speed.
