Ibrahim Alay Appointed as Assistant Operations Manager at MDLBEAST

Ibrahim Alay has stepped into a new leadership role as Assistant Operations Manager at MDLBEAST, further strengthening his impact in large-scale event operations and command-and-control environments.

With extensive experience across C3 operations, security, surveillance, access control, and venue management, Ibrahim has played critical roles in high-profile projects including Saudi Arabia at Expo (Osaka), Diriyah Company l شركة الدرعية, Saudi Motorsport Company (SAGP 2024), and Vanguard. His ability to lead under pressure, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver seamless operational execution has consistently set him apart in complex, high-stakes environments.

Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from ISTEC – Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing and a Diploma in Events Management from ITC Laureate Vocational Saudi Arabia, equipping him with both strategic and operational expertise.
