Currently, he leads business analysis and agile delivery initiatives at SAB, overseeing the development and refinement of digital banking features that improve customer experiences and streamline processes. Previously, he has held critical roles including Senior Specialist Business Analysis at alrajhi bank, Senior Business Analyst at SAUDI PAYMENTS, Product Owner at BSF, and Project & MIS Officer, where he successfully managed projects, developed dashboards, conducted UAT, and translated complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

Hamoud’s expertise encompasses agile product management, digital product ownership, IT business relationship management, and business intelligence, enabling him to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
