With a strong background in contract management, vendor management, and pricing strategy, Hamood brings valuable experience from leading financial and national institutions. He previously served in senior contract and vendor management roles at SAUDI PAYMENTS and the Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, where he contributed to streamlining procurement operations, improving compliance, and enhancing organizational efficiency. Earlier in his career, he supported major infrastructure projects at SYSTRA, strengthening project control and governance processes.

Hamood holds a degree from King Saud University and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). His career reflects a strong commitment to excellence, precision, and strategic value creation across logistics, finance, and national development sectors.
