Fotoon R. has been promoted to Assistant People & Culture Manager at Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, marking an important milestone in her HR career.

Over the past 3 years, Fotoon has progressed through key roles in Talent & Culture, from Supervisor to Senior Supervisor and now Assistant Manager, consistently contributing to employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational culture development. Her commitment to creating workplaces where employees feel valued and empowered has been at the core of her professional journey.

She is also pursuing an Executive Master in Hospitality Management at EHL , complementing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Umm Al-Qura Universityy, which further strengthens her ability to lead HR strategies with both academic and practical expertise.
