Eng. Sami Aljarboua, IE, MBA has joined alrajhi bank as Retail Assets Senior Director, marking a significant milestone in his accomplished banking and financial services career.

With deep expertise across retail assets, product innovation, automation, and digital transformation, Eng. Sami brings over a decade of leadership experience across Saudi Arabia’s leading financial institutions. In his current role, he is positioned to drive portfolio growth, optimize asset performance, and lead strategic modernization initiatives within retail banking.

Previously, he served as Executive Director of Retail Assets at alinma Bank, where he led large-scale asset strategies and portfolio development. Prior to that, he held the role of Director, Freelance Finance at Social Development Bank (SDB), supporting national financial inclusion initiatives. His earlier career includes impactful leadership roles at بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad, where he led leasing product development and business growth, as well as operational leadership within the engineering and consulting sector.

Eng. Sami holds an MBA in Finance & Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, along with a Project Management Certificate from Madison Area Technical College, equipping him with a strong foundation in both strategic leadership and execution excellence.
