Eng.Eissa Almunif Promoted to Chief Business Excellence Officer at New Murabba

Eng.Eissa Almunif, MBA, PfMP®, PMP® has been promoted to Chief Business Excellence Officer at New Murabba Development Company, leading the organization’s strategic initiatives to enhance operational excellence and portfolio performance.

With a strong background in project and portfolio management, Eng. Almunif has previously served as Executive Director of EPMO & Stakeholder Management and Senior Director of EPMO at New Murabba. He also brings extensive experience from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City | الهيئة الملكية لمدينة الرياض and the Public Investment Fund (PIF), having successfully driven complex projects and business transformation initiatives across Saudi Arabia.

Eng. Almunif combines technical expertise in civil engineering with a strategic MBA perspective, ensuring excellence in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth.
