A seasoned C-suite executive and board member, Eman currently serves on the Board of CGS Group and holds the position of Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. She is also an active member of the Saudi Leadership Society | المجلس السعودي للقادة and a proud graduate of the Misk 2030 Leadership Executive Program, reflecting her commitment to national leadership development and future-ready governance.

Prior to her CEO appointment, Eman held Chief Human Resources Officer roles at TAM | تام and Cool Inc, where she led enterprise-wide HR transformation, executive workforce strategy, and organizational culture initiatives aligned with business growth and innovation agendas.
