Dr. Nada Fida has assumed the role of President at the ICF Saudi Arabia Chapter, leading the coaching profession in the Kingdom with a focus on ethical standards, professional excellence, and sustainable leadership development.

With over two decades of experience in leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence coaching, she has empowered senior executives and healthcare leaders to navigate complexity, align vision with values, and cultivate high-performing, human-centered cultures.

In addition to her presidency, Dr. Nada serves as Director of Emotionally Intelligent Coaching at Bright Future Consulting KSA and continues to advise organizations on leadership, culture transformation, and personal growth.
