Dawood Alomar, MBA, has been appointed as Audit Committee Member at National Grain Company, marking a significant addition to the company’s governance structure.

Alomar brings comprehensive financial expertise from his current role as Director of Corporate Accounting at Bahri | البحري, where he oversees accounting operations and financial compliance. His professional background includes senior positions in zakat and tax management at Bahri and HLB International, where he developed deep expertise in tax compliance and advisory services. His extensive experience also includes senior auditing roles at Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and HLB International, providing him with robust knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. His qualifications are strengthened by his Master of Business Administration in Accountancy from Lewis University, complemented by multiple professional certifications including Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP), VAT Specialist from SOCPA, and ACCA certifications in International Financial Reporting and Auditing.

In his new role as Audit Committee Member, he is positioned to provide strategic oversight and enhance governance standards at National Grain Company.
