With a strong consulting background across Oliver Wyman, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte Consulting, Christian has successfully led complex engagements in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Lebanon, specializing in business strategy, operating model design, program development, fund establishment, innovation management, and digital transformation. His ability to translate strategic vision into actionable execution has consistently driven value for both public and private sector organizations.
