With extensive experience in program leadership and international operations, Viani has consistently demonstrated strong expertise in strategic execution, customer-centric innovation, and cross-functional management. Prior to this appointment, she served as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at Amazon, driving operational excellence across regional initiatives. Her earlier professional journey includes impactful roles at EF, where she led multicultural teams and managed large student groups globally; a consulting project with Deloitte focused on the future of retail banking; marketing leadership with NOMA Marketing Consulting, and customer experience management at Enforex – Learn Spanish in Spain and Latin America, strengthening her expertise in client relations, operations, and international coordination.
