Bilal Ibdah Promoted to Head of Outcome Customer Engineering – Middle East, North Africa & Turkey at Google Cloud

Bilal Ibdah has stepped into a pivotal leadership role as Head of Outcome Customer Engineering – Middle East, North Africa & Turkey at Google Cloud, where he will shape the next generation of cloud innovation and drive enterprise architecture excellence across the region.

With over a decade of experience in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and partner engineering, Bilal has worked closely with 200+ customers and 100+ partners to translate technological vision into impactful business outcomes. At Google Cloud, he will continue building high-performing teams of CTOs and Chief Cloud Architects, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision making, and strategic excellence.

Prior to this, Bilal led Partner Engineering for Google Cloud in Middle East, Africa & Turkey, and has held senior technology leadership positions at Oracle and Teradata, where he specialized in emerging cloud technologies, big data solutions, and enterprise architecture. He holds an MSc in Information Technology Management from the University of Sunderland and a BSc in Information Technology from the University of Jordan, reflecting his strong technical foundation and strategic insight.
