Bashayer Alessa – Assoc CIPD has been appointed as Total Rewards Senior Specialist at Elm Company, marking a significant milestone in her growing leadership journey within Total Rewards and Organizational Development.
With over 6 years of progressive HR experience, Bashayer brings deep expertise in compensation & benefits, performance management, and organization design. Prior to joining Elm, she served as Total Rewards & OD Senior Specialist at THIQAH, where she led initiatives in incentives and rewards frameworks, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, internal equity analysis, policy development, and operating model enhancements. Earlier, at Arabian Drilling, she played a key role in designing competitive compensation structures, managing promotion cycles, overseeing merit increases and annual bonuses, and advancing total rewards strategy aligned with market trends. Her HR foundation was built through impactful roles at Actavo and Resal Holding, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, recruitment cycles, onboarding programs, and HR policy implementation.
Bashayer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and an Associate Diploma Level 5 in People Management from CIPD Qualifications. Her strategic mindset and analytical approach continue to strengthen total rewards frameworks that drive performance, engagement, and organizational excellence.
