Anas Alabdulkarim Appointed as Head of Data Security and Access Management at The Saudi National Bank – SNB

Anas Alabdulkarim has been appointed as Head of Data Security and Access Management at The Saudi National Bank – SNB, marking a significant milestone in his career in information security and identity governance.

With extensive experience across leading national organizations, Anas brings deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), multi-factor authentication, and regulatory compliance. Prior to The Saudi National Bank – SNB, he held senior leadership roles at SAUDI PAYMENTS, where he led large-scale IAM and data access programs, strengthened governance frameworks, and enhanced enterprise-wide security controls. Earlier in his career at aramco, he built a strong foundation in SAP security, GRC access control, and information security operations.

Holding a Master’s degree in Network Security from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security from Saint Leo University, Anas is recognized for his ability to align security strategy with business objectives while leading high-performing cross-functional teams.

In his new role, he will play a pivotal role in safeguarding sensitive data, advancing access management maturity, and supporting SNB’s commitment to secure and resilient digital banking.
