Ali Aljarba has been promoted to Consultant, Cloud Planning and Service Management at SITE سايت, marking a significant progression in his cloud governance and IT service management career.

With a strong background in ITSM design and implementation aligned with global frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT, Ali has consistently contributed to strengthening service governance, performance management, demand planning, and compliance oversight. During his tenure at SITE سايت, he advanced from Senior Engineer, IT Planning and Governance, to Senior Analyst, Cloud Products and Service Management, before stepping into his current consulting role.

He has led multiple ITSM process enhancements, served in key capacities including Change, Access, Problem, and Configuration Manager, and managed enterprise assets through CMDB platforms. His work also spans IT performance metric development, dashboard design in collaboration with data teams, business continuity leadership, risk management contributions, and compliance alignment with NCA frameworks and ISO 20000 standards.

Earlier in his career, Ali gained valuable exposure at TAHAKOM and stc, further strengthening his expertise in service improvement and business process management. He is a graduate of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and was recognized on the Dean’s Honorary List.
