Ali Abualrahi Appointed as Talent Acquisition Manager at Chalhoub Group

Ali Abualrahi – CIPD L5 has embarked on an exciting new chapter as Talent Acquisition Manager at Chalhoub Group, where he will lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization and strengthen workforce capabilities in one of the region’s most dynamic retail and luxury groups.

With over 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Ali brings a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment, policy development, and team leadership. Prior to joining Chalhoub Group, he served as Talent Acquisition and Mobility Manager at Alshaya Group, where he managed large-scale hiring operations and led a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality, efficient recruitment outcomes. His earlier roles at AFCO – Food Company, Al Muhaidib Group, and Gulf Power Marine Company further shaped his expertise across retail, food, and industrial sectors.

Ali holds a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University, equipping him with both practical and academic foundations to drive structured, people-centered talent strategies.
