Prior to Raffles, Ahlam held roles at Hilton, NAKLS, Billy Beez, and Initial Facilities Management, building expertise in sales strategy, account management, and event execution. Her journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a strong record of achieving impactful results across hospitality and services.

Ahlam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from King AbdulAziz University, combining academic insight with practical leadership in dynamic environments.
