Abdulrahman Alshathry has been promoted to Senior Director, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) at SITE سايت, marking a significant milestone in his cybersecurity leadership journey.

With extensive experience in cybersecurity operations and threat management, he has progressed steadily within SITE سايت, previously serving as Director, MDR and Associate Technical Architect. Over the years, he has led 24/7 security operations, strengthened incident response capabilities, and enhanced threat detection through automation and intelligence driven strategies. Earlier in his career, he worked at Qualys as a Technical Account Manager, delivering technical consulting and security solutions. He also held multiple roles within SITE, including Senior Engineer SOC L2, Engineer SOC L2, and Associate Cyber Security Analyst, building a strong foundation in security operations. He began his journey as a Cyber Security Engineer trainee at Elm Company.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Al Yamamah University and a postgraduate degree in International Financial Management from Washington State University, equipping him with both technical and business expertise to lead advanced cybersecurity initiatives.
