With strong expertise in Unified Communications, Cisco IP Telephony, and Genesys Pure Engage, Abdulrahman brings over 4 years of experience in network services and collaboration technologies. During his tenure at Tamkeen Technologies, he played a key role in managing enterprise communication systems, implementing dial plans, and optimizing network performance.

A graduate of Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Abdulrahman holds professional certifications including CCNP Collaboration and ITIL® v4, reflecting his dedication to continuous growth and technical excellence.
