Abdullah Alammari Joins Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia as General Manager

Abdullah Alammari has embarked on a new chapter as General Manager at the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, bringing with him over a decade of leadership experience in hospitality and people management.

Previously serving as Group Director of People & Culture at Accor, Alammari played a vital role in driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and cultural excellence across the region. His career also includes senior leadership positions at Red Sea Global, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, where he consistently elevated HR strategies and operational performance.

With his Chartered MCIPD qualification and executive education in Luxury Hospitality & Leadership from EHL , Alammari is well-positioned to contribute to the Kingdom’s vision of advancing tourism, enhancing service quality, and fostering sustainable growth in one of the nation’s most dynamic sectors.
