Abdulhakim Alshathri Joined as Director Total Rewards at Mobily

Abdulhakim Alshathri CIPD, Prosci® has joined Mobily as Director Total Rewards, bringing deep expertise in compensation and benefits, executive rewards, HR budget planning, and strategic reward design.

In his current role, Abdulhakim leads total rewards strategy at Mobily, focusing on executive compensation, incentive programs, governance, and aligning rewards with business and people strategy. His work supports performance-driven culture, financial discipline, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Prior to Mobily, he served at Elm Company as Compensation & Benefits Manager, where he managed annual bonus and merit cycles, executive and non-executive long-term incentive plans, sales incentives, benefits design, and compensation budgeting. He also provided strategic advisory support to HR business partners and senior leadership through detailed excellence and compliance reports.

Earlier in his career, Abdulhakim progressed through multiple compensation roles at Elm Company, building strong capabilities in salary benchmarking, internal equity, rewards governance, and HR strategy enhancement. Before transitioning fully into rewards leadership, he gained valuable financial and strategic exposure at stc, contributing to HR budget planning, cost efficiency initiatives, total rewards elevation projects, and people strategy programs, including design thinking–based HR transformations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University and completed the Mastering Design Thinking Program at MIT Sloan Executive Education. Abdulhakim is also CIPD and Prosci® certified, strengthening his impact across rewards transformation and change management.
