Abdulaziz Alfallaj Appointed as Lead Core Internal Auditor Technology at stc

Abdulaziz Alfallaj, MSc, ITIL®4 has been appointed as Lead Core Internal Auditor – Technology at stc, marking a major milestone in his distinguished career within telecommunications, digital infrastructure governance, and large-scale network operations.

With a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Wireless Communications & Networks) from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals – KFUPM and extensive leadership experience across national and international telecom ecosystems, Abdulaziz brings a rare blend of technical depth, strategic foresight, and operational excellence. His expertise spans core networks, hyperscale data centers, subsea cable systems, AI-driven network optimization, and zero-disruption change governance—ensuring mission-critical services operate with resilience, precision, and compliance.

Prior to this role, Abdulaziz served as Change Management Team Lead at center3, where he led enterprise-wide change governance across international systems, data centers, and network services, chaired CAB forums, and implemented advanced ITSM frameworks to drive service stability and risk intelligence. Earlier, at Nokia, he played a pivotal role in managing complex optical transmission networks and international infrastructure operations across the GCC, delivering SLA excellence and high-availability performance.
