Abdulaziz Alabthani Promoted to Director Talent Development & HRBP at CEER

Abdulaziz Alabthani has been promoted to Director – Talent Development and HRBP at CEER, marking another significant milestone in his 16-year leadership journey in human capital transformation and organizational excellence.

Prior to this role, he served as Director – HRBP and Talent Experience at CEER and previously held senior leadership positions including Director – People Experience at Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN, Director – HR Services Center at Seera Group, and HR Operations Director at Al Safi Danone | الصافي دانون. His earlier experience includes key leadership roles at Almarai – المراعي where he managed large-scale administrative and personnel operations. Across these organizations, Abdulaziz has led HR transformation strategies, built sustainable operating frameworks, driven compliance and HRIS optimization, enhanced talent acquisition and payroll systems, strengthened employee relations, and championed engagement and internal communication initiatives. His leadership consistently reflects a strong commitment to capability building, process excellence, and customer-centric HR services.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from King Khalid University. His blend of strategic HR leadership, operational governance, and transformation expertise positions him among the prominent HR leaders driving talent development and business partnership excellence in the Kingdom.
