Ghaydaa A. Joins Red Sea Global as Assistant Manager Human Resources

Ghaydaa A. has begun a new professional chapter as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Red Sea Global, bringing strong expertise in HR operations, talent processes, and organizational support.

With more than five years of experience across leading organizations, she has developed solid capabilities in onboarding, payroll management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR service delivery. Before joining Red Sea Global, she served as Senior Human Resources Operations at SAMI Aerospace Mechanics where she supported workforce management, operational compliance, and employee lifecycle functions.

Her earlier journey includes a significant tenure at Emaar, The Economic City, progressing from HR Supervisor to Assistant Manager, where she played a key role in streamlining HR procedures, strengthening team coordination, and enhancing employee experience. She also contributed to HR administration and operational oversight at Royal Greens Golf & Country Club and Banader Gulf, further shaping her expertise in both employee relations and administrative leadership.

With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from King AbdulAziz University and practical experience across diverse sectors, Ghaydaa continues to bring strong strategic and operational value to her role at Red Sea Global.
